Our Mission

Our passion at Hug Construction is to provide the ultimate construction experience by delivering the extraordinary through investing in people and their dreams. We believe that enhancing the marketplace presents a chance to respect everyone, which directs every choice we make, whether it's for a company refurbishment or with the homeowner. We think that working really hard is important, and we put a lot of emphasis on exerting ourselves physically and being willing to give our all to the task we undertake. Every single person, from our leaders to entry-level laborers, puts in a lot of effort and pulls in their share. We support fostering an environment where the newcomer feels comfortable, and all of our employees are entitled to candid, immediate feedback, regardless of their position. Our crews are arranged such that each project lead unites with his team and leads from the front. Honesty is also a core value at Hug Construction, and we always act morally, even when it is uncomfortable.

Our Crew

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our Director of Estimating, Josh Johnson, oversees the estimating process, ensuring that each project is accurately priced. Rich Veltri, our Project Operations Manager, coordinates the day-to-day operations of our projects. Nate Klein, our Estimator, works closely with clients to understand their needs and provides detailed estimates. Angela Phillips, our Office Manager, handles administrative tasks and keeps our operations running smoothly. Tanya Weiler, our Financial Controller, manages the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring that everything is accounted for. Michael Wrozek, our Personnel Operations Manager, oversees our HR functions and ensures that our team is supported. Nalani Mitchell, our In-House Designer, brings her creativity and expertise to each project. Lisa Johnson, our Selections Specialist, helps clients choose materials and finishes that fit their style and budget. Fabian Gerhard, our Design Support, assists in the design process and provides technical support. Paul Medina, our Project Manager, leads projects from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Matt Laventzis, our Project Manager, works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Stacey Edlund, our Project Manager, manages projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Kent Hug, our Shop Manager, oversees our fabrication shop, ensuring that all materials are prepared and delivered on time. Chad Hemminger, our Director of Plumbing, is responsible for all plumbing aspects of our projects. Robert Bremer, our Project Manager, manages projects related to plumbing and HVAC. Chris Allen, our Field Lead, leads our field crews and ensures that all construction work is completed to the highest standards. Mike Mishakov, our Field Lead, works closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met. Brent Riddle, our Field Lead, oversees the construction

process and ensures that all projects are completed on time. Ben Kromer, our Logistics Specialist, handles all logistical aspects of our projects, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered when needed. Cody Nickerson, our Mechanic, maintains our equipment and vehicles, ensuring that everything is in good working order.
