Family Hairloom

Family Hairloom is a familyowned hair and tanning salon that has been serving the Central Vermont community since 1989. Founder Liz Provencher opened the doors with the help of her three children and husband Ron, establishing a legacy of personalized care. Over the past thirty years, the salon has become a trusted destination for families seeking comprehensive hair services. Our salon employs four fulltime, independent stylists who provide cuts, color, styling, and treatments for clients of all ages. We maintain an extensive inventory of professional hair products to meet every clients styling and care needs. In 1995 we expanded our offerings to include a fullservice tanning salon, which has been operating for over twenty years. Our tanning facility features a variety of laydown beds and standup units, with flexible session packages designed to suit different needs.

We educate clients on responsible sun exposure, highlighting the vitaminD benefits and skincondition relief that moderate UV exposure can provide. The tanning salon operates Monday through Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm, remaining closed on Sundays. The hair salon maintains hours Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 2pm, and is also closed on Sundays.
