About Our Founders

Kelle and Ryan McCarty, the founders of SociaLights, have been in the lighting industry since 2009. Kelle, the founder, wanted to explore entrepreneurship, while Ryan, fresh out of the United States Marine Corps, needed a stable job. They soon discovered that they complemented each other well in all aspects of business and shared a passion for helping clients achieve their lighting goals.
