Alan F. Schimming, Principal Broker, is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Arkansas. He has over 40 years of experience in real estate sales, development, leasing, and management. Donovan Driver, Associate Broker and Property Manager, is a native to the Texarkana area and has over 20 years of retail business management experience. He currently manages over 200,000 square feet of office and retail properties.
