Frank's passion for jewelry was passed down to him from his father, Renato Tedesco, who came from a family of skilled jewelers and watchmakers. Renato refined his skills in Italy in the 1930s before moving to the United States in the 1950s. His extensive experience working for high-end jewelers, including the renowned Harry Winston, equipped him with the knowledge and skills that would eventually shape Frank's career.

Frank started his apprenticeship at the tender age of 14, beginning with polishing jewelry and gradually mastering the intricate art of jewelry making and repair. His father recognized Frank's innate talent and dedication, and it was clear that jewelry was his calling.
