Our co-owners, Steven J. Orrock, MPT, ATC, and Wendell B. Mendenhall, MPT, have a long history of successful and satisfied patients, dating back to 1995. Our approach to treatment is to first listen to and understand your injury or condition from your perspective, develop a treatment plan with your goals in mind, and assist you through the healing and strengthening process.

Our specialists are also trained in bio-mechanical evaluation and training, fitness and wellness, and education and prevention. We have three convenient locations to serve you: Orem, Lehi, and Alpine.
