With over 30 years of practical personal training experience, our certified fitness trainer, Allen Maxenberger, is dedicated to developing a customized training program that fits your age, health, injuries, fitness level, lifestyle, and budget. We provide fun, innovative, and effective 30-minute training sessions, either online or in-person, designed to maximize results in a reasonable amount of time while progressively getting more done in less time. Our clients effectively tone muscles, reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, enhance functional strength, and add quality years to their lives.

Our Founder, Allen Maxenberger

Allen Maxenberger is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, holding certifications in Youth Fitness and Fitness for Older Adults and as an OTA Certified Online Fitness Trainer. Allen has always been passionate about sports and fitness and has made it his life's work to motivate and inspire people to take charge of their health by establishing sustainable habits and the proper mindset. He caters to clients of all ages and fitness levels, nurturing their progress without emphasizing perfection.

Each workout program is designed for 2-4 days a week, ranging from 30-40 minutes in length, allowing you to start from the beginning and progressively improve at your own pace. With nutritional guidance focusing on moderation, not deprivation, we'll establish sustainable habits that help you achieve your desired fitness results.
