Our History
Our story began with Emmett Koelsch and Alice Koelsch Schultz, who established their first senior care community in Kelso, WA in 1958. Since then, we've grown under the care of three generations, while our mission has stayed the same. Over the years, we've expanded our services to include independent living, assisted living, memory care, and day and respite care in Tacoma, Kent, and Renton.
