CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services utilize Mazak Nexus QT Ez and QT200C machines with high-pressure coolant systems for precision metal shaping. Capable of handling bar stock up to 12' in diameter, we deliver complex turned components with tight tolerances. This process supports production of shafts, pins, and precision fittings for industrial applications.
CNC Machining
Equipped with vertical and horizontal machining centers including Mazak VTC 200 and Haas 300EMC, we provide 3-axis and multi-axis machining. Our 65' travel capacity enables processing of large components with complex geometries. This service supports prototyping and high-volume production of precision parts.
Tube Bending
Using Eaton Leonard VB42 CNC tube benders, we form tubing up to 1 5/8' OD with repeatable accuracy. Our capabilities include creating complex bends for hydraulic systems, structural components, and custom fabrication projects requiring precise tube geometry.
Deburring
