Unsatisfactory Haircuts and Customer Service Issues
Review of curly hair experience
A reviewer, Keesha Slack, is extremely dissatisfied with her haircut experience. She had asked the hairdresser, Lacy, if she could cut curly hair, and Lacy said she could. However, Keesha left the salon with uneven, shorter hair than expected. She claims that Lacy did not understand her hair texture and cut it too short. Keesha had to re-cut and restyle her hair herself and expressed frustration and disappointment.
Mixed Reviews
Kambria Lewallen had a positive experience with Lacy, stating that she has been going to the salon for years and has always received amazing service. Lacy has helped Kambria transition her hair color and style multiple times without any issues. Kambria has become friends with Lacy and would recommend the salon to others.
Hallie Parker had a mixed experience. She met with Lacy for a bridal hair trial, but was not thrilled with the results. On her wedding day, Lacy curled her hair, which took a long time, and charged her mom $265 for both hairstyles. Hallie felt that the price was too high and left unhappy with the service.

Elisabeth Roper had a positive experience after having a bad haircut elsewhere. Lacy fixed her hair, highlighting and low-lighting it to create a great result. Elisabeth was extremely satisfied with the outcome and will not use any other hairdresser in the Tri-cities area.
