Licenses & Permits

We hold a California State License #523223, which includes C-29 Masonry, C-20, and C-36 licenses. We understand the importance of permits and ensure that all necessary permits are pulled for each project. With over 400 permits pulled in the last 10 years, we have the experience and knowledge to navigate the permitting process efficiently and effectively.

Worker's Comp Laws & General Liability Insurance

Since 2002, it has been the law that contractors must carry general liability insurance and provide a copy to all clients for construction work and bids. Additionally, all contractors must carry workers' compensation if they have employees. At RD's Service Contractor, we prioritize safety and compliance, providing a certificate of liability and workers' compensation for all work performed, covering up to a million dollars.
