Services
Roof Installation
Our comprehensive roof installation service delivers durable, code-compliant solutions using premium materials from GAF, Owens Corning, and Certainteed. We specialize in asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and specialty materials for residential and commercial properties. Our certified installers ensure proper ventilation and waterproofing to maximize longevity while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Backed by manufacturer warranties and our own workmanship guarantee, we provide lasting protection against Charlotte's weather extremes.
Storm Damage Repair
We offer rapid response for storm damage repair including hail, wind, and hurricane-related issues. Our certified inspectors document damage for insurance claims and perform emergency tarping, shingle replacement, and structural repairs. Using manufacturer-certified techniques, we restore roof integrity while maintaining material compatibility. Our team works directly with insurance adjusters to streamline the claims process and ensure complete, code-compliant repairs that protect against future weather events.
Roof Washing
Our professional roof washing service removes algae, moss, and debris using eco-friendly solutions that preserve roofing materials. We employ low-pressure techniques to prevent damage while eliminating black streaks caused by gloeocapsa magma. The process improves curb appeal, extends roof lifespan, and prevents moisture retention that can compromise shingle integrity. Recommended annually for Charlotte's humid climate, this service maintains roof appearance and performance without voiding manufacturer warranties.
Hail Damage Assessment
Our certified hail damage assessment service identifies hidden and visible roof damage following storms. Using industry-standard evaluation methods, we document granule loss, shingle bruising, and structural impacts that affect roof performance. We provide detailed reports for insurance claims and prioritize repairs based on urgency. Our team explains damage implications clearly and recommends appropriate solutions, whether repair or full replacement, ensuring homeowners make informed decisions about their roof's condition.
Emergency Roofing Services
Available 24/7 for urgent roofing needs, our emergency service addresses immediate threats from storm damage, leaks, or structural failures. We provide temporary stabilization, leak containment, and rapid repairs to prevent further property damage. Our response team carries essential materials for same-day fixes and works with insurance companies to expedite claims processing. This service ensures homeowner safety and property protection during critical situations while planning for permanent solutions.
