Our Story
Established in 2004, Columbia River Electrical Contractors (CREM) has become a leader in the Tri-Cities area, serving the commercial and industrial sectors with exceptional electrical services. Our journey began modestly, operating from the home of our founders, Allen and Ronda Spaur. Driven by a commitment to quality and a passion for innovation, CREM rapidly evolved. In 2011, under the guidance of new owners Jim Medina and Rob Heimann, the company embarked on a strategic expansion. This period saw significant investment in talented individuals, advanced technology, and expanded resources, propelling CREM to its current position as a trusted partner for businesses throughout Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, and the surrounding region. Today, CREM is proud to employ a diverse team of 15 staff members, 20 supervisors, 100 skilled craftsmen, and operates from two offices located in Kennewick.
