Our Expertise

Our physical therapist/athletic trainer, Robin Tracy, is a Sports Medicine Certified Specialist with over 25 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. She has advanced training in numerous manual therapy techniques, including muscle energy techniques, strain/counterstrain, instrument assisted soft tissue massage, cupping, and dry needling. With her expertise, she will work with you to decrease your pain and assist you in attaining a pain-free, healthy lifestyle.

Meet Our Founder

Hi, I'm Robin Tracy, the founder of Elevate Physical Therapy and Performance. As a resident of Grand Forks for 30 years, I'm committed to using my physical therapy and athletic training skills to serve the wonderful residents of this area. I have degrees in Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, and Physical Therapy, and I have worked in various settings, including in- and out-patient, swing bed, cardiac rehab, and sports medicine. I have specialized in sports medicine care and have worked with athletes from high school, collegiate, Olympic, and professional levels.
