Our Services

We specialize in building homes in various communities throughout Johnson County, including Shawnee, Lenexa, Leawood, Overland Park, and Olathe. Our new home communities include Bristol Highlands, Aventino of Leawood, Villas at Hidden Lake Estates at Cedar Creek, Grand Reserve Mission Ranch, and more. We also offer floor plans that can be tailored to your preferences, whether you're looking for a classic design or something more modern and luxurious. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every home we build meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Our Model Homes

We invite you to visit one of our furnished model homes in Overland Park or Lenexa. These models are now open Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00-5:00. Our Grand Reserve at Mission Ranch model is open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, 12pm to 5pm. Here, you can get a firsthand look at our designs and amenities, and our knowledgeable staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Parade of Homes

We're proud to participate in the Kansas City Spring Parade of Homes, which will take place from April 27 to May 12, 2024. Our homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and admission is free. This is a great opportunity to see our homes in person and experience the quality and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
