Stillwater's Brewery, a proud establishment located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, has been crafting exceptional beers since 2015. Our Beer

_1890 Original_ - This is our flagship beer, the official Craft Beer of Oklahoma State University. With an ABV of 5.2% and 11 IBUs, this Blonde Ale is smooth, crisp, and perfect for any season. The 5.2% ABV is a nod to the 52 NCAA titles won by OSU Athletics, while the 11 IBUs subtly reference the 11 OSU Golf Team championships. This beer is a true Original, just like OSU, founded in 1890.

_Velvet Antler_ - This groovy, righteous, easy-drinking, malt-forward American Amber Ale is a crowd favorite. With an ABV of 4.6% and 14 IBUs, it pairs well with pool halls, vinyl records, and Pink Floyd Tribute shows.

_The 9 IPA_ - This Juicy, no-bitter, crisp and clean IPA started as a one-off brew in the Tap Room but gained popularity quickly. With an ABV of 6.1% and 18 IBUs, it pairs well with everything fun and probably legal.

_Milk Stout_ - This is the brew that started it all. Our spin on a classic style has been met with overwhelming excitement. Milk Stout is toasty, roasty, sweet, and chocolatey with a great burst of espresso in the nose. And it's way lighter than you expect. Don't be afraid of the dark!

_Exit 174 Rye Pale Ale_ - Named for the I-35 exit to Stillwater, this is a favorite in the Tap Room. The spice from the rye complements the hops perfectly, bringing you a unique, crisp, gently bitter brew. This Pale Ale drinks like a fantastic IPA.

_Chocolate Habanero_ - Our first ever seasonal is definitely for the adventurous craft enthusiast. Chocolatey and smooth on the front end with a delayed kick of spice at the end. It pairs well with grilled steak, ice cream, and Valentine's Day.

_Bright D. Weizen sour_ - Known as the Tartmander in Chief, this super tasty sour wheat beer is brewed with boysenberries and black currants. It's tart, refreshing, and highly drinkable.

_Stilly Wheat_ - Known far and wide, this super drinkable, orange peel infused wheat ale is bursting with lemonycitrus aromas and flavors. It pairs well with pizza, cheeseburgers, lawn mowing, and not lawn mowing.
