Our Story

Co-owners Eric Barton and Tom Marrin founded Full Belly Deli on the principles of good food, good friends, and good times. They wanted to create a place where locals would feel at home and tourists would seek out during their visit to the Truckee/Tahoe area. With a focus on quality ingredients and creative menu items, they've built a reputation for serving up some of the best deli sandwiches in the region.
