Timing and Wait Times
Some customers had experienced delays in their appointments, with one customer waiting for 5 hours to have their oil changed and tires rotated. However, the store manager apologized and offered to compensate for the inconvenience. Other customers mentioned that they were surprised to find out that their wait times were shorter than what they were initially told.
Customer Service
Despite some delays, many customers praised the excellent customer service provided by the staff at Lex Brodies. One customer mentioned that the technician immediately checked their battery and didn't charge them, while another customer appreciated the honesty of the staff about the estimated wait times. Some customers also appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff, particularly Cooper who assisted them on multiple occasions.
Work Quality and Diagnostics
However, one customer was dissatisfied with the work done on their car, as they were charged for a service that was not completed (oil change and tire rotation). Another customer had to take their car to another shop to diagnose and repair their AC system, as Lex Brodies only filled their AC with Freon without properly diagnosing the issue.
