Our Story

Mischa, our founder, has been in love with photography since he was 9 years old. He started his journey under the mentorship of photography professor Neil White, processing his first black and white film by hand and printing his first images in a darkroom. After completing his BA in Art/Photography from UCSC, Mischa continued to refine his skills, transitioning from wedding DJ to wedding photographer in 2003. Today, he is known for his expertise in both photography and Photoshop, often teaching seminars and classes for professional peers. Mischa's passion extends beyond photography, with interests in gardening, wineries, and even rock climbing with his kids.
