Our Story
Pinnacle Storage Properties was founded on the belief that there is a better way to do self storage. Our People

Robby Dunn, our Chief Financial Officer, serves as Buyer's Representative for all acquisitions and Agent of Record for all tenant insurance programs. He handles purchase agreements, operational contracts, title insurance, investor compliance and communications, and creation and management of all legal entities. Robby is also responsible for overseeing tax matters, including federal and local returns, cost segregation studies, and property tax protests.
John Manes, our CEO and co-owner, is responsible for driving the culture, direction, and overall operation of the organization. He has been involved in self storage since 2005 and has served in multiple executive level roles. Prior to starting his own self storage real estate investment company, John served as Chief Operating Officer for The Jenkins Organization and as one of three Regional Vice Presidents with Uncle Bob's Self-Storage.
