Larry, a third-generation carpenter, brings over 40 years of experience and mastery to the table, while his son Patrick, a fourth-generation carpenter, joined the company full-time in 2000, bringing his expertise in all phases of carpentry and on-site management. Rounding out the family team, Mary Cushman, Larry's wife, joined the company in 2004, expertly managing the office, accounting, and record-keeping aspects of the successful operation.
