Your Trusted Source for Building Supplies in Trenton, NJ
Heath Lumber has been a cornerstone of the Trenton community since 1857, dedicated to providing high-quality building materials and exceptional service to homeowners and contractors. Our legacy began with Samuel Heath and Joseph Richardson, who laid the foundation for a business that would support the growth of Trenton through pivotal projects like the Roebling Plant and Atlantic City boardwalk. Over 160 years of continuous operation, we have evolved from a small lumber yard to a comprehensive building center, adapting to industry changes while maintaining our commitment to reliability and craftsmanship. Our family-owned structure, spanning multiple generations, ensures personalized attention and deep local expertise. We have supplied materials for landmark developments across Mercer, Burlington, Hunterdon, and Bucks Counties, overcoming challenges like the 1995 warehouse fire through resilience and community support.Today, we continue to offer a wide range of products including lumber, windows, doors, cabinets, and tools, backed by knowledgeable staff who understand the unique needs of our region. Our history of innovation is exemplified by Roy Heath's iconic 'Trenton Makes the World Takes' slogan, which remains a testament to our enduring impact. We prioritize customer satisfaction through competitive pricing, special order capabilities, and free delivery to surrounding communities. This combination of tradition, expertise, and forward-thinking service positions Heath Lumber as the trusted choice for all building material needs in central New Jersey.
