Disappointing Experience with Luxury Living
False Advertising and Unmet Expectations
The reviewer felt misled by the luxury living promises, only to find that the amenities they were excited about were either removed or not functional. The movie theater was eliminated, and the hot tub had been closed since before the pandemic.
