Founded by Eddie Hill, an Arizona-licensed contractor since 1988, Avalon Development has been building luxury custom homes in the Phoenix area for nearly 20 years. With a background in residential framing and a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, Eddie turned his focus to custom home construction in 2001. Since then, he has dedicated himself to designing and building a wide range of custom homes, from new constructions to extensive remodeling projects.
