Everest Academy

At Everest Collegiate High School & Academy, we are a vibrant, faith-filled Catholic community with award-winning academics, championship athletics, and a rich variety of extracurricular and service activities for preschool through high school. Our approach is unique among metro Detroit Catholic schools, with an Integral Formation philosophy, preschool-12 classrooms on a co-ed campus, and a dynamic mix of multinational students on one beautiful, 90-acre parcel of land in Clarkston, Michigan.

Our Philosophy

We believe that education should be a holistic experience that forms the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. Our Integral Formation philosophy is rooted in the idea that every individual is created in the image and likeness of God, and that each person has a unique role to play in the world. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to fulfill their God-given potential and make a positive impact in the world.

Academics

Our academic program is designed to challenge students to reach their full potential, with a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity. From our Early Years program for preschool-age children to our advanced courses in high school, we provide a rigorous and well-rounded education that prepares students for success in college and beyond.

Early Years

Our Early Years program is designed for children from birth to early elementary age, and provides a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning and exploration. Our talented teachers provide personal attention and accompaniment, using a play-based approach to introduce children to the building blocks of education.

Academy (K-8)

Our elementary and middle school program provides a solid core curriculum that instills a love of learning and prepares students for success in high school and beyond. Our curriculum includes leveled reading, grammar instruction, and hands-on learning activities that develop skills and habits for independent thinking and problem-solving.

High School

Our high school program offers a challenging, college-prep curriculum that empowers students to think critically, integrate Christ-centered principles into their decision-making, and become responsible, ethical, global citizens. We offer a range of courses, including honors and AP courses, to meet the needs of students with diverse interests and abilities.

Student Life
