Unresponsive Customer Service and Poor Communication
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the company's responsiveness and communication. Author Bryan Lewis gave the company 1 star, stating that he was unable to contact anyone about his listing and received only automated responses. Author Darrell Rea Wings also had a poor experience, taking forever for the company to call him back and then being referred to the website to fill out an application with no link to access it.
