Our Repair Process

Our repair process is designed to ensure that your vehicle is returned to you in the best possible condition. Here's what you can expect when you bring your vehicle to us for repairs:

1. Body Repair: After an estimator determines which repairs your vehicle needs, we'll assign the vehicle to a technician, who will complete the work.

2. Prep Work: We'll sand your vehicle and prime it to provide an even base for the application of paint. We'll also do a bodywork inspection to ensure all damage has been repaired. Then, we'll remove any parts that need care and work on them separately. If a part needs to be replaced, we'll simply remove the defective part before painting.

3. Painting: We'll protect the vehicle, so paint doesn't wind up anywhere it doesn't belong. Then we'll apply coats of color that are precisely matched to the existing paint, as well as a clear coat protectant. Your car will look like it's fresh from the factory.

4. Assembly: We'll place any new or repaired parts into your vehicle. If needed, we'll also perform any final repairs such as windshield replacement, alignment, and electrical systems adjustment. Our technicians will test each part carefully to ensure all systems run smoothly.
