At Bronte Health and Rehab Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our short-term rehabilitating patients and long-term residents. Our mission is to make your family, our family. We are committed to giving the best possible facilities, care, and love to each and every one of our residents. With our new Memory Lane unit, we provide specialized treatment and an ideal environment for those living with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.

Our facility offers a wide range of services including Skilled Nursing Care, on-site Podiatry, Vision, and Dental services, engaging daily activities, an outside patio area for gardening and leisure, and facility transport to and from appointments. We also have a full-service Beauty Salon, Specialized Dietary Service with an alternate menu, daily Skin & Wound Care, and pain management. Our staff includes a Licensed Social Worker to aid in transition and case management.

Therapy Services

We specialize in individualized care plans to promote and restore physical function. Our therapy services include Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, available both inpatient and outpatient. We use various techniques such as Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Cold/Hot Modalities, Graston Techniques, Kinesiotaping, Manual Therapy, Retrograde Massage, and Paraffin Wax Therapy. Our goal is to increase your overall quality of life.

Memory Lane

Our Memory Lane unit is designed for those living with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. It is a secured unit staffed with Memory Care trained professionals. The unit includes 13 beds and offers psychiatric services. The caregivers are trained specifically in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. There is also an outdoor patio for activities and socialization, and daily quiet time is provided.
