Transforming Lives One Smile at a Time
Impulsive Charters has been a family-owned and operated business since 1995. Our story begins in the 1970s when Captain Paul Thompson followed his passion for saltwater fishing, which started at a young age during family vacations to the North Carolina coast. After graduating from college, Captain Paul worked in the mountains of western North Carolina, raising rainbow trout and eventually opening his own vineyard. However, his love for fishing prevailed, and he eventually co-founded Impulsive Charters with his wife Jeanne in 1995.
