Our story began in 1987 as ACCORD Diversified Consultants, Inc., owned by Robert G. Brown et. al., operating from "The Schoolhouse" in Tyringham, MA. In 1994, we established our principal office in downtown Great Barrington and continued to operate there until 2006. In 2007, Alexander R. Thorp, an employee since 1998, purchased the assets and formed ACCORD Engineering & Surveying, LLC, continuing to provide outstanding service to our clients from the same downtown Great Barrington office.

Land Surveying

Our land surveying services include boundary retracements, which involve the retracement of property boundaries using deed research, field measurements, and analysis. We also assist with divisions of land, including "Form A" and Subdivision processes. Additionally, we offer topographic/engineering surveys for design purposes. Our experienced surveyors are dedicated to providing accurate and reliable services to ensure your property needs are met.
