Specialized Care You Can Trust

At Liberty Crest Apartments, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and luxurious living experience. Our apartments in Lorton, Virginia, offer the perfect blend of history and modernity. Our community is located in the heart of Liberty at Laurel Hill, a new urban village in Lorton, just 25 miles from Washington D.C.

Our story began with the restoration of a historic reformatory, carefully preserving the unique historical elements and marrying them with high-quality finishes. Each apartment home is designed to provide a unique floor plan, complete with restored historical elements and luxurious finishes. Our apartments feature granite countertops, custom maple cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Relax in your living room with expansive windows, natural light, exposed brick walls, and polished concrete floors.

At Liberty Crest Apartments, we offer a range of services to ensure our residents feel comfortable and cared for. Our community features a 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style pool with a sun deck, and a pet-friendly policy. We also offer underground parking stalls for select units, as well as uncovered surface lot parking for all residents.

The Quarters

The Quarters are our 6 townhome-style apartments, offering an elevated living experience. Each apartment features high-end finishes, including quartz counters, open floor-plans, porcelain tile bath surrounds, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands with storage, in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, private outdoor patios, and more!

Leasing and Pet Policy

Liberty Crest Apartments welcomes dogs and cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. We currently allow two pets per apartment home, with a monthly pet rent per animal of $50 and a $150 non-refundable deposit. All pets must be approved by management and covered under a pet addendum.

Lease Terms and Insurance

At Liberty Crest Apartments, we ask for a twelve-month lease commitment from prospective residents in most circumstances. Shorter leases can be discussed but are not guaranteed. We also require renters to have renter's insurance, but do not offer it. Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to individuals or personal property. We recommend renters purchase insurance through their insurance agent.
