Founded in 1989 by Gary Carmosino, SRA, our company started with a simple goal: to provide real estate appraisal services to the Erie County area. Over the years, we have evolved into a full-service appraisal and consulting firm, led by Gary and co-owner J.J. Delsandro. With a combined 40+ years of experience in real estate appraisal, sales, and management, we have honed our skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.
