Services
Water Heater Repair
Our licensed plumbers diagnose and repair all types of water heater issues, including leaks, inconsistent temperatures, and pilot light problems. We service both traditional tank systems and tankless models from brands like Ruud and Rheem. With over 40 years of combined experience, we ensure efficient repairs that restore hot water access while explaining maintenance best practices to extend equipment lifespan.
Sewer Cleaning
We perform comprehensive sewer line cleaning using modern equipment to remove blockages caused by tree roots, debris, or buildup. Our technicians access lines through roof stacks or cleanouts to thoroughly clear obstructions and prevent future backups. This service includes post-cleaning verification to ensure proper drainage function for residential and commercial properties.
Fixture Installation
Our team installs and replaces sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and shower fixtures with precision. We handle connections for water supply lines, drains, and gas-powered appliances like stoves and outdoor grills. All installations include leak testing and cleanup of residual water or materials to maintain property cleanliness.
Pipe Inspections
Using video inspection technology, we identify pipe damage, leaks, or blockages without destructive wall or floor removal. This non-invasive method allows accurate diagnosis of issues like cracked pipes, corrosion, or improper connections, enabling targeted repairs that minimize property disruption and costs.
Emergency Plumbing
We address urgent plumbing crises including burst pipes, severe leaks, and gas line emergencies. While generally operating during business hours, we prioritize emergency calls for regular customers and critical safety issues. Our response includes immediate problem assessment and temporary fixes to prevent further damage until complete repairs can be scheduled.
Questions
What plumbing services does Acadian offer?
We provide full-service plumbing including drain and sewer cleaning, fixture installation, water heater repairs, gas line work, and emergency plumbing services for residential and commercial clients.
Why doesn't Acadian offer free estimates?
Accurate estimates require on-site assessment to identify hidden issues. We charge $99 for estimate calls to cover technician time and fuel costs while ensuring transparent pricing after proper diagnosis.
Do you deliver water heaters or fixtures?
Yes, we deliver fixtures we supply. If you purchase your own, we'll install it upon delivery to your location.
What's the difference between drain and sewer cleaning?
Drain cleaning addresses individual fixture pipes, while sewer cleaning clears main lines using roof stacks. Toilet issues always require sewer cleaning due to their connection to main drainage systems.
Do you work weekends or after hours?
We generally don't accept after-hours or weekend work to respect our technicians' family time, but make exceptions for emergencies and regular customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. We currently don't accept Venmo or other electronic payment options.
