Windham: The Land in the Sky

Our Windham property is nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, offering 16 hotel rooms and 10 cabins for an "almost camping" experience. Each room is carefully crafted to provide the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, with an emphasis on Scandinavian design, vintage pieces, and modern finishes. Guests can enjoy a night cap at the Salon's cocktail bar, cozy up by the fire pit while admiring the views over Windham Mountain, or explore our outdoor saunas.

Olivera Valley

Located in Big Indian, New York, Olivera Valley is a ground-up build with an onsite restaurant, bar, saunas, 12 guest rooms, 9 Lushna Cabins, and 6 Lushna Suites. Our minimalist cabins and suites offer an intimate "glamping" experience, designed for all-season comfort. Cozy up and bask in the natural wonder of the Catskill Mountains.

Lake Placid

Our Lake Placid location offers six guest houses comprising 21 hotel rooms along with 8 freestanding cabins, located on the Chubb River with private access to the state park behind the property, and walking distance to town. Each room is carefully crafted to provide the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation, with an emphasis on natural beauty and adventure.

• Suites: Our signature suites offer two seating areas, private fireplace, walk-in showers with rainheads, and luxurious amenities.
• Hill House King: This 400 square foot guest room features a King sized bed, sofa, and panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains.
• Hill House Double Queen: This room features double queen beds and birds-eye views of the forest line.
