Our Story

At Iron Bond Fitness, we're more than just a gym - we're a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals. Our mission is to build a fun and effective workout space that inspires our members to move well, learn, and get the most out of their workout. We focus on creating a positive and uplifting culture that continually grows as a gym community.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to help our members achieve their fitness goals. Our Group Workouts are 45-minute, co-ed, cross-training sessions that vary each day and include sections of powerlifting, calisthenics, and kettlebells. These sessions are perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, and our experienced coaches provide regressions and modifications to ensure safety and progressions for those looking to take it to the next level.

For those who prefer a more personalized approach, we offer One-on-One Personal Training. Our personal training sessions are tailored to each individual's specific goals and objectives, and include a consultation to break down what you're looking to accomplish, discuss injuries and pains, and create a strategy to navigate toward the end goal and a sustainable lifestyle.

Our Coaches

Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Our founder and owner, Jenna March, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Certified Pre/Postnatal Strength Coach, and a Certified Yoga Instructor 200-hr. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Jenna is passionate about creating fun, effective workouts and fueling the best version of the people around her.

Our team also includes Karin, a seasoned fitness professional with over twenty years of experience in the industry. After taking a hiatus to focus on her health, Karin is back and dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals.
