Our Story

Our highly trained and experienced staff members understand what families are up against and will do their best to lighten the load. Our highly tenured staff is a key indicator of our success and yours. Nationally, one member of top management leaves their job every year, but our average tenure is over 7 years. Our Certified Nursing Assistants are tenured much higher than the national average, as we enjoy the highest levels of employee satisfaction in our industry. We love to come to work, and we love spending time with our residents!

Our Services

At Elmwood Terrace, we offer a range of services designed to help individuals regain their independence. Our skilled nursing care includes excellent medical attention around the clock. Our physical therapy program is designed to rebuild muscles and relearn skills necessary for independent living. Occupation therapy helps develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. Speech therapy specializes in the evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Our subacute rehab program is designed for individuals with illness or injury after being hospitalized, providing medical treatment, attention, and rehabilitation. We also offer wound care services to help individuals who suffer from chronic non-healing wounds.

Communication

At Elmwood Terrace, we understand the importance of communication. We offer bilingual services, with 10% of our staff being bi-lingual and 10% of our resident base being Hispanic. We also offer Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as private and supplemental insurance options.
