We're proud to have a team of experienced veterinarians who are dedicated to their work and committed to staying current with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

Laura Archer, DVM: A graduate of OSU-CVM 1987, Dr. Laura founded the practice in 1990. Her particular areas of interest are internal medicine and endocrinology.
Robert Archer, DVM: A graduate of WSU-CVM 1986, Dr. Bob joined the practice in 1996. He is particularly interested in surgery, including orthopedics.
Diane Alexander, DVM: A 1990 graduate of ILL-CVM, Dr. Diane is a Salem-area relief veterinarian, and has provided professional services for us for several years. She is particularly interested in soft tissue surgery and feline internal medicine.
Kirstin Wineinger, DVM: Dr. Wineinger graduated from OSU-CVM in 2019. She joined the practice following her graduation. She has special interests in clinical pathology and feline medicine.
Johnathan Archer, DVM: After graduating from OSU-CCVM in 2022, Dr. Johnathan completed a year-long food animal internship at the University of Missouri prior to joining our practice in 2023. His particular areas of interest are internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and large animal practice.
