KMS Construction is a general contractor with 30 years of experience serving the Minneapolis community. As a contractor signatory to the Union Carpenters Local 322, we have full bonding capacity and have successfully completed projects in both the public and private sectors.

We have experience in municipal projects, renovations of occupied multifamily, commercial, and industrial complexes, federal remediation projects, and healthcare renovations with infectious control risk assessment measures (ICRA). Our expertise also includes federal projects for the USDA and Montana Missile Alert Facilities.
