Our Story

Every journey begins with a single step, and ours began with a passion for horses and a desire to help people heal. Our founder, Lesli Figueiredo, MA, LPC, has spent years developing a unique approach to counseling that combines the power of horses with traditional therapy techniques. With her expertise as a licensed therapist and equine specialist, she has created a safe and supportive environment where clients can build relationships with horses and discover new insights about themselves.

Our Services

We offer a range of counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as customized programs for treatment and residential facilities. Our sessions involve interactions with horses, where clients can build relationships, care for, and learn from these majestic animals. No riding is involved, and no horse experience is necessary. Our services include conflict resolution, trauma and abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety, family counseling, parenting support, grief counseling, and stress management. We also provide trainings for counselors and equine specialists in equine assisted psychotherapy and equine assisted learning.
