He earned his Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Master of Arts in Criminology from Sam Houston State University. Clint Sare has worked as a staff attorney at the Seventh Court of Appeals in Amarillo, Texas, where he participated in the preparation of hundreds of opinions on a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. He is also Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Appellate Law.
