Our Mission

Arizona Soccer Academy was founded in 2007 by Coach Tiffany Hatfield in Scottsdale, Arizona. Coach Hatfield, a former professional soccer player and trainer, established ASA with a vision to ignite a passion for soccer and life's opportunities within young players. At its core, ASA is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded individuals who embody the values of hard work, teamwork, and a genuine love for the sport.

Comprehensive Training Philosophy

ASA's comprehensive training program extends over 10 months, fostering continuous development as opposed to the limitations of typical seasonal programs. Players are exposed to a high level of club-like competition and tournament play, immersing themselves in a truly competitive environment. The program adheres to age-specific training plans, ensuring a clear pathway for players to progress and maximize their potential. This holistic approach encompasses team field sessions that emphasize decision-making and tactical game management, individualized development plan sessions for focused skill enhancement, team building exercises, and regular games or scrimmages to solidify learned techniques.

Our coaches, professionals in their field, are dedicated to developing players through a holistic training approach. This approach goes beyond technical skills and focuses on fostering positive decision-making, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Every player within the program is encouraged to be competitive and develop essential skills such as game insight, play reading, and position-specific expertise.
