Our Team

Our team members include:

• Patty, the Salon Owner, who loves the beauty industry and has a passion for making the guests feel valued. Her main goal is to make sure each guest leaves loving their hair and their salon experience.

• Autumn, the Balayage and Blonding Specialist, who loves customizing the best look to enhance her guests' natural beauty. Autumn enjoys color, blonding services, and grey coverage.

• Cache, the Artist Level 2, who loves to make her guests look beautiful. Cache is detailed-oriented and likes to provide a custom look for her guests. She has been deemed the "Blowdry Queen" and loves all types of specialty styling.

• Jessica, the Massage Therapist, who will make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated with her expert techniques.

Salon Policies

At Bombshells Salon, we care about your experience and we believe every guest deserves our full and undivided attention. Therefore, we have created some effective Salon Policies to ensure you will receive the best service possible. We are grateful for your business and we look forward to serving you in the future.

• Cancellations: Every reservation is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to Bombshells Salon, our team, and waiting guests, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. A credit card number is required to reserve a reservation but will not be charged unless the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service.

• No Show: We are sad you missed your reservation. Since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, we will charge you 50 percent of the services. You may use this as a credit toward your next service. No Show, the Second Time: We miss you! And our stylists have been waiting. 100 percent of the services will be due.

• Service Adjustments: Our goal is that you love your look. Please contact Bombshells Salon within 3 days of your service(s) for any changes that you require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

• Returns & Exchanges: Bombshells Salon offers full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product.

• Inclement Weather: Bombshells Salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to bad weather. These appointments will have priority among the rescheduling process.
