Our Story

Before Sarducci's Restaurant was opened, our founders, Carol Paquette and Dorothy Korshak, were both working and managing various restaurants in Central Vermont. After identifying a need for authentic Italian food in the area, they decided to open Sarducci's Restaurant in 1994. The community warmly embraced Sarducci's, making it a popular place to satisfy any Italian food craving. Today, we continue to pride ourselves on our award-winning service that accommodates our guests' every need.
