That's why we offer direct access to our services, meaning you don't need a physician referral for most insurance plans. Evolution is led by a dedicated team of experienced and passionate professionals who are committed to helping you achieve optimal physical well-being.

Lindsay Bainey, MPT, our Co-Owner, brings over 20 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings. Her extensive background spans a wide range of diagnoses, treating patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Cameron Cheers, PTA, our other Co-Owner, has 8 years of experience working in inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. Cameron specializes in sports recovery, work hardening programs, and kinesiology taping, offering diverse expertise to our team.
