Doug Davis Inspector Services

I founded Doug Davis Inspector Services with over two decades of experience in home inspection, entomology, and property assessment. My journey began on a farm in Haskell, Texas, where I developed hands-on skills in welding, hardware, and construction. After earning a degree in Entomology from Texas Tech University and working in chemical sales and pest control, I transitioned to home inspection, leveraging my technical expertise and attention to detail. I hold dual licenses for home and termite inspections, a rare combination that allows me to address structural and pest-related concerns comprehensively.

My commitment to client education ensures buyers understand their property's condition, particularly first-time homeowners. I provide same-day electronic reports for transparency and convenience, prioritizing customer satisfaction through personalized service. My background in entomology uniquely positions me to identify and explain termite risks, offering actionable prevention advice. I serve Lubbock, Texas, with a focus on building trust through integrity and professionalism, ensuring clients feel confident in their real estate investments.
