- Nick Racin, Construction Manager, handles the maintenance concerns of the tenants, ensuring that all of Tri-Sun properties are kept in excellent condition.
- Erica Richards, Receptionist/Tenant Liaison, is the newest member of our team and currently holds the roles of receptionist and tenant liaison.
