Hello! I'm Steven Seither, a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) and the owner of Sierra Hypnotherapy. I'm passionate about helping people achieve positive lasting change in their lives through the power of clinical hypnosis.
My approach to hypnotherapy is client-driven and compassionate. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to identify the root causes of their challenges and develop personalized strategies for overcoming them. I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

Our initial consultation is designed to assess your needs and determine whether hypnotherapy is right for you. We'll work together to set achievable goals and create a personalized treatment plan. Sessions are typically 90 minutes long and take place once or twice a week.
