Our facility was established by Errald and Nancy Curtis with a vision to create a premier assisted living community that rivals facilities across the region while allowing residents to remain in Sevier County. As new owners, we continue this legacy with over 12 years of combined experience in senior healthcare, including specialized roles in hospice and home health administration. Our team offers personalized care plans tailored to individual needs, supported by a licensed nursing staff who coordinate health and wellness programs. We maintain a home-like environment with 24-hour supervision, medication management, and social activities designed to preserve residents' independence and dignity.

Our facility features 23 spacious private rooms, beautiful gardens, and on-site healthcare services through our partnership with Intermountain Healthcare. We prioritize transparency in operations while maintaining strong community ties through continuous improvement initiatives. Our commitment to quality care has earned us recognition as South Central Utah's premier assisted living provider, licensed by the Utah Department of Health for 27 beds. We work closely with families to ensure seamless coordination of medical appointments and specialized services, including physical therapy and hospice care.
