*Steve Young:* Steve is the founder and semi-retired owner of Pinnacle Paving, Inc. He has over 40 years of asphalt experience and has owned and operated two successful paving businesses in the valley. Steve is still involved in the business and is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Jeff Deaver:* Jeff is the owner and General Manager of Pinnacle Paving, Inc. He brings over 20 years of construction project management experience from a fortune 30 company. As a co-owner, Jeff is the main point of contact between the customer, consultant, and our team. He maintains communication, scheduling, and any questions that arise from our customers.

*Manuel Neves:* Manny is the Operations Manager at Pinnacle Paving, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the asphalt industry operating equipment, scheduling, and managing crews. Manny manages both of our crews, totaling 20 team members, and is dedicated to ensuring high-quality work and professionalism on every job site.

*Stephanie Deaver:* Stephanie is the owner and Office Manager of Pinnacle Paving, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in the paving industry and is proud to run a Woman Owned Business. Stephanie's experience in the paving industry, as well as her love for organization, keeps Pinnacle's office running smoothly.

*Kent Jansen:* Kent is a Sales Representative at Pinnacle Paving, Inc. Kent joined the Pinnacle family in early 2018 and has quickly become a valuable member of our team. He has excellent communication skills and overall knowledge of the paving industry. Kent schedules a convenient time to meet customers at the job site prior to giving an estimate. He then develops a long-term plan to help protect their investment.
