Our Owner: Jean Cayo

Jean Cayo, the owner of Northsound Telecom LLC, is a seasoned telecommunications professional with a passion for delivering superior service. Born in Haiti, Jean moved to the United States in 1994 and pursued his AAS Degree in Electronic Technology at Bellingham Technical College. With over two decades of experience working with various telecom companies, Jean founded Northsound Telecom with the mission of providing budget-friendly solutions while maintaining excellent customer service. As a resident of Whatcom County, Jean is proud to serve the communities of Northwest Washington.
